Time Insurance Company Plan Details
Through Assurant, Time Insurance has insurance plans to choose from, including:
- One Deductible Plan PPO: Enrollees have three different deductible options, after which coverage is 100%. Well-visits are covered up to $500/year. Prescription drugs are also covered.
- One Deductible Plan Traditional: This plan has one deductible, after which health care is covered, including a wellness benefit of up to $500. This plan also offers a prescription plan.
- PPO X-tra Plan: With a high deductible, members get low monthly premiums. Prescription, maternity and doctor's visits require only a co-pay. Co-insurance is 20% after the deductible has been met.
- Traditional Plan: This has a standard deductible of $2500, with prescription, well-child and preventive medical included. Maternity coverage is optional.
- Value Plan: Maximum deductible is $5000, with prescription, well-visits, optional maternity and a co-insurance that varies between 50-80%.
Time Insurance and Assurant also offer a plan for college students and for those needing short-term options.
