United HealthCare Insurance Company Individual Health Plans

Copay Plans

There are three copay plans available to interested individuals and families, Copay 25, Copy 35, and Copay Saver through United Healthcare.  The choice of three options gives individuals and families a selection of the type of deductibles, copays, and benefits that they would like to have.

 

High Deductible Plans

There is a choice of three high deductible plans, Plan 100, Plan 80, and Saver 80, through United Healthcare.  This allows individuals and their families to have flexibility in choosing deductibles and coinsurance after deductibles have been fulfilled.

 

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

Health Savings Accounts offer individuals and their families savings on their taxes while paying for their medical expenses.  There are two HSA plans available through United Healthcare, HSA 100 and HSA Saver.  HSA 100 covers doctor’s office visits and provides discounts on dental and vision.  HSA Saver does not.
